The Scarborough High boys and girls indoor track teams both won their respective meets on Saturday at the Portland Expo. The Red Storm boys scored 90 points to get past South Portland (79) and Westbrook (20) while the Red Storm girls scored 129 points to easily get by South Portland (39) and Westbrook (25).

Event winners for the Scarborough boys team included Zach Alfieri (junior shot put), Alex Dulac (high jump), Ian Ramsdell (senior 40), Colin Pierce (junior 300), Scott Delano (400), Nate Hathaway (junior 600), Brad Nakanishi (senior 600), and Sam Chick (800).

The Red Riots also had a number of individual winners, including Jonathan Clement (two-mile), Will Carter (junior 45 hurdles), David Hardison (senior 45 hurdles), Adrian Reid (junior 40), and Tony Haeuser (senior 300).

The Scarborough girls had another strong showing thanks to first-place efforts from Catie Funk (senior shot put), Lily Parenteau (high jump), Melissa Dellatore (two-mile) Jenny Snyder (junior 45 hurdles), Annie Mills (senior 45 hurdles and senior 200), Abby Chick (junior 40 and junior 200), Lauren Blaisdell (senior 40), Libby Davis (600), Kira Gordon (300), Caroline Bennett (junior 400), Kelsey Schild (junior 800), and Whitney Chamberlain (senior 800).

South Portland had second-place finishes from Annelise Donahue in the two-mile and junior 40, Olivia Whitten in the junior shot put, Kristin Jerome in the junior 45 hurdles, and Olivia Hendry in the senior 800.

The MVPs of the meet were Katie Funk of Scarborough and Annelise Donahue of South Portland.
