The following cases were herd in Cumberland County Superior Court in August 2007:
Ann Marie Meserve, 36, of Waterville was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Westbrook on Feb. 25 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five years, with all but six months suspended and given probation of two years.
Oren E. Mikulanecz Jr., 44, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Westbrook on March 30 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.
Callahan S. Miller, 21, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Feb. 24 and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 365 days.
Tasha Moody, 27, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 6 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
Robert S. Morton, 33, of Saco was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on May 11 and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days and had license suspended for 90 days. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release.
Robert Owens, 26, of Denmark had a filing with conditions on a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report in Gorham on March 4 and was fined $100.
Paul J. Parker, 29, of Baldwin violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Gorham and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kathryn Peters, 33, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on March 30 and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. She was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.
Lawrence Proctor, 23, of Gorham was found guilty on two charges of robbery in Gorham on June 18, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven years, with all but 15 months suspended; given probation of three years; and restitution of $501.29.
Norman I. Richman, 79, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument and theft of services in Westbrook on March 17, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days, restitution $1,516.19 on each charge.
Edward E. Robbins Jr., 30, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of robbery in Westbrook on Oct. 26, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 10 years, with all but two years suspended, and given probation of three years.
Matthew Ross, 33, of Windham violated probation on a charge of burglary in Westbrook on May 4, 2000, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 68 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Christina Shaw, 21, of Portland was found guilty on two charges of criminal mischief in Westbrook on Feb. 14 and was fined $400 on each charge. A charge of aggravated criminal mischief was dismissed.
Stephen Shaw, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 1, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, with all but 30 days suspended; given probation of two years; and restitution of $13,683.96.
Joshua Shepard, 20, of Westbrook was found guilty on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief in Brunswick on June 27 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, with all but 90 days suspended; given probation of one year; and restitution of $2,000 on each charge. He was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months, all suspended; given probation of one year; and restitution of $2,000. Two charges of burglary, one charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and one charge of criminal mischief were all dismissed.
Steven Ashley Smith, 41, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, prior in Westbrook on Dec. 18, 2006, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five years, with all but nine months suspended, given probation of two years and license was suspended for six years. He was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $2,100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five years, with all but nine months suspended; given probation of two years; and had his license suspended for six years. He was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months.
Audrey D. Thompson, 59, of Westbrook had a filing without conditions on a charge of false public alarm or report in Westbrook on Nov. 3, 2006.
Lee A. Trueworthy, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Westbrook on March 30 and was fined $100, restitution $262. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Daniel G. Tucker, 29, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on April 12 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Gorham and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.
Alan Webster, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Gorham on Feb. 4 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. Charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone and operating while license was suspended or revoked were both dismissed.
Richard West, 53, of Westbrook was found guilty on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and acquiring drugs by deception in Portland on May 10, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for seven years, with all but 18 months suspended and given probation of three years on each charge.
Sarah E. Wilcox, 21, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Sept. 12, 2006, and was sentenced to community service for 100 hours within six months.
Heidi J. Wong, 43, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Portland on Feb. 18 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two years, with all but 9 months suspended; given probation of two years, restitution $1,033.50.
Amanda L. Woodward, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Portland on April 19 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. She was found guilty on two charges of violating condition of release in Westbrook on April 24 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days on each charge.
Mohammed Yaqub, 59, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on Sept. 19, 2006, and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days.
