In the Nov. 15 American Journal article “Investigation could lead to changes for utility company,” the explanation of services On Target Locating provides for Northern Utilities was unclear. On Target Locating is contracted by Northern Utilities to locate pipelines using Northern Utilities maps. Northern Utilities’ mapping of pipelines is done in-house.
