Cape Elizabeth golfer Johnny Hayes won the Class B state schoolboy golf championship last Saturday at the Natanis Golf Club in Vassalboro. The Cape senior finished second a year ago, but his round of 73 on Saturday was five strokes better than his closest competitor.
