Sept. 22
David Barrett, 19, Ashleigh Lane, Standish, on Sawyer Road for leaving the scene of an accident, possession of prescription drugs and failure to report an accident.

Danielle Reny, 22, Evans Street, South Portland, on Sawyer Road for failure to produce insurance.
Fire and Rescue
Between Sept. 18 and Sept. 24, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad transported nine patients to Maine Medical Center and two to Mercy Hospital.
Beach bite
On Sept. 14, a resident of the Broad Cove area reported being bitten by a dog while on Crescent Beach. The dog was located and its vaccinations are current.
Nosy neighbor
On Sept. 15, at around 2 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious person walking through yards in the Fowler Road area. The subject, who is a resident in the area, was located and verbally warned for trespassing.
Whisked wallet
On Sept. 22, at around 11:15 a.m., a resident of the Ocean House Road area reported a missing wallet that contained about $60 and assorted credit cards from a motor vehicle that was parked in the driveway.
Skunk retrieved
On Sept. 22, at around 8 p.m., a resident of the Mitchell Road area reported that a pet golden retriever had brought home a dead skunk. Over concern for rabies, a quarantine notice was issued and the skunk was retained for rabies testing.
