Gov. John E. Baldacci has nominated three local residents to state boards. The Maine Senate will hold a confirmation session for the appointments Thursday, Sept. 20.

The local nominees include:

Finance Authority of Maine – Susan Snowden of Scarborough.

Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority – Shepard Lee of Cape Elizabeth.

Maine State Housing Authority – Timothy O’Neil of South Portland.
