SUPERIOR COURT FOR JANUARY:

Adrian Matos, 37, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Westbrook April 22, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 25 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Benjamin Roussel, 38, of Westbrook violated probation on charges of robbery and burglary in Westbrook on Jan. 31, 2005.

Colleen K. Jarvis, 35, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland July 30, 2006, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all suspended and given probation of two years.
