“The Secret Gardens of Portland,” a self-guided tour of the best private gardens in the city, will be held Saturday, June 23, from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

A fundraiser for PROP’s Foster Grandparent and Family Friends programs, the tour will be held rain or shine. Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 the day of the event, and are available at Borders bookstore in South Portland; Skillins Greenhouses in Falmouth, Brunswick and Cumberland; Big Sky Bread Co. at the Market House in downtown Portland and Woodford’s Corner and O’Donals’ Nursery in Gorham.
