The Maine Association of Retirees will hold its 2007 annual meeting for members and guests on Wednesday, May 23, at the Augusta Civic Center.

Registration begins at 8 a.m.($ per attendee collected at door), the meeting runs from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., with lunch and music included. The speaker is Marilyn Gugliucci, a geriatrics scholar at the University of New England.

Members who have not already registered are encouraged to call 800-535-6555 to reserve seats.
