The Westbrook Regional Vocational Center sent 22 students to the annual Skills Leadership and Skills Conference, March 8 and 9 in Bangor. The students had a chance to compete in a wide range of skills championships as well as a various leadership activities.
The Westbrook Regional Vocational Center team left Bangor with the following medals:
Health Knowledge Bowl – Gold, Lori Anne Esmiller, Kati Nicolantonio,
Neda Derakhshanian and Nathalie Mitchell.

Basic Health Care Skills – Nicole Fernald – Bronze
William Skelton – Residential Wiring – Bronze
John Atwood – Internetworking – Bronze
State Officer – Lori Anne Esmiller
In June the health knowledge bowl team members will represent tMaine at the national conference in Kansas City, Mo.
