The following cases were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in December:

Paul B. Woodcock, 22, of Buxton violated probation on two charges of burglary and one charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on Aug. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 12 days, probation partially revoked, probtion continued on each charge.

David A. Adams, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 25, 2006, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days.

William E. Boucher, 43, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in Portland on Jan. 22, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Tamara L. Clark, 29, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on May 2, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Ryan M. Cruz, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Oct. 6, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days. A charge of burglary of a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Stephen J. Cusack, 37, of Windham had charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release in Westbrook on Aug. 18, 2006, dismissed.

Michael A. Douglass, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on July 28, 2006, and was fined $700 and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.

Jessika L. Duprey, 23, of Winslow had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on July 7, 2006, was dismissed.

Kenneth E. Durgin, 26, of Gorham violated probation on a charge of aggravated criminal trespass in Portland on Sept. 4, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 14 months, probation revoked. He also violated probation on a charge of burglary in Gorham on Dec. 6, 2001, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 14 months, probation revoked.

Michael Harmon, 24, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 3, 2006, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Janice Hogan, 37, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Oct. 12, 2002, and paid restitution of $14,571.43.

Heather Kalicky, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on April 25, 2006, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Gary A. Keniston, 28, of Westbrook had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Cumberland on May 10, 2006, and was fined $200.

Andrew King, 27, of Buxton had a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 28, 2006, dismissed.

Joseph Paul Knight, 33, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Scarborough on July 10, 2006, and was fined $850, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all but seven days suspended, given probation of one year, had license suspended for 18 months and restitution of $60.

Julie Kopack, 49, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Westbrook on Nov. 10, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 23 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Anthony Kostopoulos, 19, of Windham was found guilty on two charges of burglary of a motor vehicle in Gorham on April 16, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours on each charge.

Shawn M. Littlefield, 25, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Windham on Sept. 8, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months, probation revoked.

Jaime J. McGee, 20, of Fairfield had a charge of reckless conduct in Gorham on Sept. 23, 2006, dismissed.

David Moore, 21, of Portland violated probation on a charge of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug in Westbrook on Jan. 9, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 13 months, probation revoked.

Torrina Nolin, 31, of Gorham had a filing with conditions on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish on Dec. 17, 2005, and was fined $100.

Wayne Moone, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of reckless conduct in Portland on Aug. 18, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, restitution $12,000. He was also found guilty on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months.

Gregory Owen, 39, of Gorham had a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on April 8, 2005, dismissed.

Sherrill W. Parker, 65, of Gorham had a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Jan. 22, 2006, dismissed.

Edward O. Puckett, 37, of Falmouth had a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on July 28, 2006, dismissed.

Pamela A. Redfield, 37, of Portland violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on April 27, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

John F. Sarnacki, 54, of Portland had a filing without conditions on a charge of criminal threatening in Westbrook on June 17, 2006.

Ronald Sawtell, 34, of Bridgton violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Westbrook on Dec. 31, 1999, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $34.50.

Jason M. Scamman, 26, of Westbrook had a filing without conditions on a charge of obstructing report of crime in Westbrook on July 9, 2006.

Michael Thompson, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of assault in Westbrook on May 23, 2006, and was fined $300 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

George F. Towle, 56, of Portland had a filing with conditions on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on Aug. 9, 2006, and was fined $137.

George A. Tully-Young, 22, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on July 18, 2006, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Nicholas J. Wyman, 23, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Westbrook on Aug. 12, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three years, all but nine months suspended, given probation of three years, restitution $1,800. He was also found guilty on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months. Two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer were dismissed.

Jeffrey Young, 39, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply sex offender registration act, 3rd offense in Westbrook on Oct. 14, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months.
