The Bonny Eagle boys swim team finished second in a tri-meet with Lewiston and Edward Little on Saturday. The Blue Devils won the meet with 132 followed by the Scots at 76 and the Red Eddies at 56.
Ian Crossman won two individual events – the 100 freestyle and the 200 freestyle. And the Scots won a pair of relay races.
The foursome of Corey McGrath, Greg Yum, Ian Crossman and Greg Judge won the 200 medley relay race and the same four swimmers placed first in the 400 free relay.
The Bonny Eagle girls finished third in a close contest with the Lewiston-Auburn schools. Lewiston won with 115 points followed by Edward Little at 97 and the Scots at 85.
Hannah Branch had two wins in the 200 individual medley and the 100 butterfly.
Windham’s new varsity swim team competed with Kennebunk on Saturday evening at the Northern York County YMCA in Biddeford.
Some of the top finishes for the Windham girls included Kristen Russell (fourth in the 200 free and fourth in the 100 free), Kim Sundquist (third in the 100 butterfly and fourth in the 200 IM), Chloe Mack (fourth in the 50 free and fourth in the 500 free), and Amanda Butler (fourth in the 100 backstroke).
The boys had good individual performances from Bryndon Page (fourth in the 200 free and third in the 100 backstroke), Jake Shoberg (second in the 200 IM and second in the 500 free),
