These cases were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court during September 2006:
Angela A. Appleton, 21, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on May 13, 2004, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 days and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Lisa Marie Arsenault, 37, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on July 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation of 1 year and restitution of $1133.25.
Clifford E. Beane Jr., 49, Windham, requested a jury trial on a charge of violating protective order in Westbrook on April 9, 2004.
Brian James Berry, 27, Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on Feb. 21, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days. Charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug were dismissed.
Richard Boyle, 24, Westbrook, violated probation on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in Westbrook on July 11, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 28 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 days and had license suspended for 90 days. He violated probation on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property and operating after suspension.
Randall E. Breton, 22, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one in Westbrook, one in Portland and one charge of forgery in Portland on Aug. 10, 2004.
Sara Caldwell, 37, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 9, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days.
Shannon R. Carter, 43, Kingsville, Mo., requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 13, 2004.
Melissa K. Chalmers, 24, Porter ,requested a jury trial on two charges of operating after suspension in Westbrook on May 9, 2004.
Margaret C. Cheney-Willett, 36, Portland, had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Feb. 10, 2004, dismissed. She was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Dec. 12, 2002, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 90 days. She was found guilty on a charge of forgery and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. A charge of failing to give correct name and address to officer was dismissed.
Crystal Costin, 21, Standish, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Gorham on April 25, 2004.
Edward E. Crooker, III, 23, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Westbrook on March 15, 2004, and was fined $500.
Nicholas Dadiego, 24, Windham, was found guilty on charges of operating after suspension, driving to endanger and refusing to give personal information to officer in Westbrook on June 23, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months and had license suspended for 30 days.
John P. Dalphonse, 47, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on a charge of criminal trespass in Portland on June 21, 2004.
Matthew A. DiBiase, 20, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on May 30, 2004.
Aaron David DiFillipo, 35, Westbrook, had a charge of false public alarm or report in Westbrook on March 13, 2003, dismissed.
Timothy Downs, 45, Buxton had a filing without conditions on a charge of criminal mischief in Gorham on April 14, 2004.
Heather Doyle, 24, Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Sept. 24,. 2002, and was fined $600.
Sandra P. Driscoll, 47, Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on May 30, 2004, and was fined $1000 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Keith Dubois, 32, Gorham, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in South Portland on Aug. 6, 2004.
John S. Enman, 41, Windham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on April 16, 2004, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Stephen R. Esquibel, 34, South Portland, was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and one charge of forgery in Westbrook on Jan. 1, 2001, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 4 years, all but 18 months suspended and given probation of 3 years on each charge.
Benjamin A. Esty, 29, Gorham, had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on April 14, 2004.
Mark Farnsworth, 24, Westbrook, was found guilty on charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing report of crime in Westbrook on Jan. 30, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. Charges of criminal mischief and a second charge of assault were both dismissed.
Benjamin Faulkner, 23, Gorham, had a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Feb. 7, 2004, dismissed.
Jose Fernandez, 25, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Westbrook on March 7, 2004, and was fined $500. Charges of assault and a second charge of terrorizing were both dismissed.
Sherri L. Ferrier, 35, South Portland, was found guilty on charges of theft of services and misuse of identification in Westbrook on Oct. 24, 2001, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation 2 years and restitution of $1,380 on each charge.
Terry D. Forges, 53, Westbrook, had probation not violated on charges of assault and disorderly conduct in Westbrook on Dec. 29, 2002, was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year.
Robert Joseph Fournier, 42, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening in Westbrook on March 1, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all suspended and given probation of 2 years.
Gregory William Graffam, 44, Windham, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on April 8, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Hoyle Greer Jr., 42, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Westbrook on June 16, 2004.
Mark A. Gunn, 37, Buxton, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating after suspension in Portland on June 12, 2004.
Farid Habibzai, 36, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Portland on April 16, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 4 years, all but 15 months suspended and given probation of 3 years. A charge of criminal forfeiture of property was dismissed.
Jeffrey Scott Hanscom, 35, Buxton, violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Dec. 24, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He also violated probation on a charge of operating after suspension.
Jillian Heald-Robertson, 40, Camden, was found guilty on charges of operating under the influence, operating vehicle without a license and violating condition of release in Westbrook on April 29, 2004.
Dana E. Hicks, 47, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Westbrook on Aug. 1, 2004.
Michael S. Hitchcock, 24, Westbrook, had two charges of assault in Westbrook on June 24, 2003, dismissed.
William Holmes III, 30, Gorham, had a charge of disorderly conduct in Portland on May 20, 2004, dismissed.
Paul Hooper, 25, Gorham, violated probation on a charge of assault in Gorham on April 27, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 60 days suspended and given probation of 3 years.
Steven Jipson, 29, Gorham, requested a jury trial on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on July 16, 2004.
Charles Johnson, 55, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on May 28, 2004, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.
Barbara Keene, 52, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Apr. 23, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Rolland C. Kidder, 46, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on April 28, 2001, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days.
Sharon Kimball, 37, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Westbrook on June 7, 2004.
Ryan D. Kovats, 24, Gorham, violated probation on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized use of property and habitual motor vehicle offender in Windham on Feb. 25, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, and probation continued on each charge. He also violated probation on charges of assault on an officer in Gorham on Jan. 11, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued and restitution of $226. He also violated probation on two charges of assault and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Ruth C. Leddy, 25, Portland, requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and operating vehicle without a license in Westbrook on June 6, 2004.
Mark M. Luthe, 29, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plusmph over speed limit in Portland on April 3, 2004. A charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 4, 2004, was dismissed.
Yvonne Maxwell, 46, Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Dec. 8, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 20 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year. Charges of stealing drugs and endangering the welfare of a dependent person were both dismissed.
Greg McLeod, 34, Westbrook, violated probation on a charge of assault in Westbrook on Oct. 8, 2000, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kendra L. McMillin, 30, Windham, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Nov. 23, 2003, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Jim A. Mello, 39, Buxton, was found guilty on charges of assault and operating under the influence in Portland on June 15, 2004, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 12 days and had license suspended for 18 months.
Corey Meserve, 22, Portland, violated probation on two charges of assault in Westbrook on July 4, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, probation partially revoked.
Gary Montminy, 50, Auburn, violated probation on three charges of gross sexual assault and one charge of unlawful sexual contact in Westbrook on Feb. 1, 1991, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 21 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He also violated probation on charges of gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact in Westbrook on June 18, 1991, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 21 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
William J. Moody, 34, Windham, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on June 26, 2004.
Steven R. Moreau, 42, Standish, requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on June 14, 2004.
Steven J. Morrill, 49, Westbrook, violated probation on a charge of arson in Westbrook on Nov. 5, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 30 months, probation revoked.
Anne Napolitano, 21, Westbrook ,requested a jury trial on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release in Portland on Aug. 14, 2004.
Jason Nelson, 28, Gorham, had two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and marijuana cultivation in Gorham on June 29, 2000, dismissed.
Timothy Ochtera, 34, Standish, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on March 24, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 85 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He also violated probation on a charge of misuse of identification and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 150 days.
Edward O’Donnell, 61, Buxton, had a charge of operating vehicle without a license in Sebago on July 25, 2001, dismissed.
Brett M. Pearce, 35, Westbrook, violated probation on two charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs and two charges of criminal forfeiture of property in Scarborough on Oct. 18, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 13 months, probation partially revoked.
Jennifer M. Pease, 31, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Jan. 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on June 22, 2004, was dismissed. She was found guilty on a charge of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug in Gorham on June 23, 2004, and was fined $350.
Kristina Pelletier, 36, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Gorham on Sept. 15, 2003, and was fined $750.
Edward D. Penney Jr., 37, Portland, was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Westbrook on Aug. 28, 2003, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
Jessie Pierce, 44, Westbrook requested a jury trial on a charge of assault in Portland on July 2, 2002.
Jessica Pike, 25, Buxton, was found guilty on a charge of failing to report in Portland on July 25, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days.
Bernard Prescott, 42, Buxton, had a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on March 7, 2004, dismissed.
PY Estes & Son, West Baldwin, was found guilty on a charge of rule violation in West Gorham on May 10, 2004, and was fined $500.
Timothy Quimby, 37, East Baldwin, was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Gorham on March 7, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
Jamie M. Rice, 23, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Gorham on April 10, 2004, and was fined $1,000 and given 25 hours community service.
Paul R. Robinson, 22, Westbrook, violated probation on charges of robbery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on July 24, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 19 days. He also violated probation on a charge of criminal threatening and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, probation partially revoked, and probation continued. He was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Portland on Feb. 12, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 months, all suspended, given probation of 1 year, restitution of $2,000, community service 100 hours within. He was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, all suspended, given probation of 1 year, restitution $2,000, community service 100 hours. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
Dawna L. Schmidt, 37, Saco, was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on May 31, 2004, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Robert C. Sellner, 42, Standish, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful use of license in Westbrook on July 16, 2004, and was fined $250. He requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked.
Andy T. Silva, 23, Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on June 8, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days, restitution $700. Charges of burglary and criminal mischief were dismissed.
Andrew D. Thorne, 42, Portland ,was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening in Westbrook on April 11, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. A charge of assault in Westbrook on April 12, 2004, was dismissed.
William H. Tozier, 34, Windham, violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on March 5, 2001, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 39 months, probation revoked.
Jeffrey W. Walsh, 39, Westbrook, requested a jury trial on two charges of violating condition of release, operating vehicle without a license and operating under the influence in South Portland on July 17, 2004.
Linda N. Watt, 51, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Sept. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, given probation of 1 year, restitution $2293.51.
Steven Whitaker, 46, Gorham, was found guilty on a charge of displaying false license or ID in Gorham on March 1, 2004, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. He had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating after suspension.
Brian Witham, 39, Westbrook, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Dec. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended, given probation of 1 year and restitution of $1,070.85.
