The Gorham girls’ soccer team won their third straight Class A state championship Saturday when they defeated the Mt. Ararat Eagles, 1-0.

Rachele Burns scored the game’s only goal with just under twelve minutes to play. Caitlyn Butterfield played a great game for the Gorham defense to help prevent the Eagles from scoring.
