The Fall Agewell Educational Series at Unity Gardens, 124 Tandberg Trail, Windham, will culminate with a presentation on “Sleep and Aging,” presented by John Murray from the Maine Sleep Institute. It will be held Thursday, Oct. 26 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Sleep problems and disorders affect the lives of millions and unfortunately, many individuals go undiagnosed. Join Murray from the Sleep Institute and MaineHealth Sleep Disorder Network as he explores sleeping disorders caused as a result of breathing issues such as sleep apnea, insomnia and restless leg syndrome.
