Westbrook residents seeking to get rid of hazardous household items like paint thinner and rat poison can bring them to the Westbrook High School football field parking lot this Saturday.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents can bring unneeded household hazardous waste in sealed containers for drop-off. Proof of residency is required, and any questions can be directed to Tom Eldridge of Westbrook Public Services at 854-0660.
