Pastor David Nicol has begun a sermon series on the book of James and living faith at the Buxton United Methodist Church. Buxton UMC is located on the corner of Chicopee Road and Cemetery Road in the Chicopee section of Buxton, near Gorham.
“We are fortunate at Buxton to be one of a very small percentage of churches to have a pastor under 35,” said Hiram Davis, the chair of the church council. “I hope there are plenty of people to hear about how to actively live out their faith,” said another member of the church.
