The Westbrook American reported in its issue of July 25, 1956, that the Ladies Auxiliary of the Gorham Fire Department were to hold their annual banquet Aug. 3 at the Cascade Lodge in Scarborough. Lydia Hoyt and Esther Shepard were hostesses.
