The Cal Ripken 11-and-under state tournament takes place this weekend at Lishness Field in Brunswick, with Sebago-Long Lake’s squad one of three teams taking part.

SLL will face Gorham in the opening round Friday at 3:00 p.m. The winner will face Skowhegan Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

The SLL 9-and-under all-stars are also in action this week, squaring off Thursday against Apple Valley at Houdlette Field in Richmond. Win or lose, SLL will play again Friday.
