Standish Recreation Committee is sponsoring a free “Drive-In Movie Nite” on Friday, July 7 at Standish Memorial Park.

Gates open at 6 p.m. The main feature is “Eight Below,” which starts at 8:30 p.m. The Snack Shack will be open for business with burgers, hot dogs and plenty of other summer goodies.

Prior to the movie starting, amusing activities are planned. There will be a short feature beginning at 8 p.m. for the very young movie-goers, and the family movie begins at 8:30 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, friends and neighbors to this fun community event.
