Gorham Planner Deborah Fossum said the Gorham Planning Board would hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 10, at Gorham High School about an ordinance amendment allowing a transfer of development rights program.

The Town Council unanimously sent the measure last month to the Planning Board.
