“I’ve got big plans…for the town of Windham. In July, I’ll begin the process of further development of the veterans memorial at Windham Veterans Center. I’ll be seeking as much volunteer help as I can get. The goal is to get it ready for the dedication ceremony on Veterans Day on Nov. 11.”
