The Saccarappa Park Development Committee recommended last week that the city accept Cape Builders and Remodeling’s proposal for Saccarappa Terrace to be built on Saccarappa Park. The proposal calls for two buildings, with retail space on the first floor, office space on the second and condominiums on the upper floors.
