The Westbrook Police Notes in the May 31 edition of the American Journal incorrectly listed Susan Utterstrom of Lawrence Street as having been arrested on burglary charges. In fact, she was the victim of the burglary and not the perpetrator.

Christopher Brown, 18, of Brackett Street, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools in connection to a burglary of Utterstrom’s home on Lawrence Street. The American Journal regrets the error.
