I am a customer service representative 1. I’ve been here for two months.
What is your background? Where did you go to school?
I just moved here from Florida. I’ve been doing accounting and banking for years.
What kind of duties does your job entail?
We register new vehicles, do property taxes, people license their dogs with us. A lot of customer service.
What is the most likely way that your job causes you to interact with the general public?
We deal with the public every day, the residents of Westbrook.
What do you like most about your job?
Working with people. I don’t think I could have a job that I didn’t work with people.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I like walking, getting outdoors. I was volunteering for nursing homes back in Florida.
