The Windham Chamber Singers’ spring concert will be held at 7 p.m. on June 1 in the Windham Performing Arts Center. General admission is $5. This is the final performance of the 2005-2006 season. The seniors in the choir will be recognized and honored for their years as members of the group.

This year has been an exciting one for the choir. It kicked the year off by recording a holiday CD, Holiday Reflections, in the fall. The CD was produced and released at the ten-year anniversary of the choir’s first CD, A Holiday Portrait, recorded in 1995. The choir was joined in their annual holiday concert, An American Family Holiday, by Disney’s Jodi Benson, Rick Charette, the Boy Singers of Maine and the Maine State Ballet.

More recently, the group performed several concerts per day on their annual spring tour in April. The tour took them from Portland, through northern Maine, and ended in Mirimachi, New Brunswick.
