According to the Maine Municipal Asociation, the spending limits for communities in Cumberland County – if TABOR were in effect today – would range from a negative 1.5 for South Portland and Yarmouth to a positive 5.3 percent for Bridgton. Scarborough’s cap would be 4.5 percent; Cape Elizabeth, 0.05; Gorham, 0.17; Gray, 0.33; Raymond: 4.08; Standish, 3.76; Westbrook, 2.91; and Windham, 1.53.

In York County, the range would be a negative 14.3 percent in Hollis to a positive of 5.2 in North Berwick. Waterboro would be capped at 1 percent; Biddeford, 2.6; Old Orchard Beach, 4.3; Saco, 4.2; and, Sanford 3.6.
