The building at 89 Saco St. in the photo at left served as the Saco Street School for many years.

This building became too small to serve increasing demands for education and the larger and more modern Saccarappa School was built on Huntress Avenue.

This building was closed and it was eventually sold to the Westbrook Knights of Columbus.

In 1973, an addition was built on the right side of the original building. In 2005 the building was purchased, enlarged and renovated by the Westbrook Eagles.
