At the annual DAR Good Citizens Tea, the Rebecca Emery Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution presented awards to high school seniors Eric Favreau of Bonny Eagle High School, Kristina Dumas of Thornton Academy, MacGregor Sargent of Kennebunk High School, Heidi Morin of Massabesic High School and Jillian Martins of Sanford High School for their participation in the 2005-2006 DAR Good Citizen Essay and Scholarship contest.
These students were chosen by their school faculty and peers for exemplifying the qualities of Dependability; Service; Leadership; and Patriotism to an outstanding degree. Eric Favreau’s essay was selected to be entered in the Maine State DAR Good Citizen Contest.
