Bob Parsons of Parsons Farm in Gorham stokes the firebox for an evaporator, which boils down raw maple sap into syrup at last year’s Maine Maple Sunday. Once again, sugarhouses around the state will be open for demonstrations for Maine Maple Sunday this Sunday, March 26.
