Ed’s note: The following is a list of area farms taking part in Maine Maple Sunday on Mar. 26. Each farm features different activities and programs and taste-testing opportunities so be sure to read carefully to maximize and customize your Maine Maple Sunday experience. While this list covers many of Cumberland County’s maply offerings, it is a good idea to confirm with the farm you choose to get last-minute additions or cancellations. Enjoy!

Syrup-making demonstrations all day. Sample maple products and free maple sundae. See trees tapped, walking farm tour with beef cattle, calves, miniature horses, peacocks, pheasants and ostrich. Also pancake breakfast.

Other Days: We are open most days we are boiling and by appointment for school and group tours during maple season. We demonstrate syrup making, sugarbush tours and farm animals as well. Portable restroom available. Tour buses welcome.

Come to the country for everything maple! Boiling demonstrations, maple donuts, maple cotton candy, hard maple candy lollipops, maple candies. Enjoy a horse-drawn hayride.
Directions: From the rotary of routes 202 and 302, take Route 302 toward Portland for one mile. Take a left onto Nash Road, one mile on the right.
Open 9 am to 4 pm.
Other days: Scheduled tours and demonstrations can be arranged. Sugarhouse open during the season, call ahead to see if we’re boiling.
