Meeting
The Windham Drifters will hold a club meeting March 13. It will be at 7 p.m. in the East Windham fire barn. There will also be a directors meeting March 12 with the location to be announced.
Birthday
Jody Doty, formerly of Windham and daughter of Ed and Polly Varney of Nash Road, celebrated her birthday Feb. 28. Her actual birthday is Feb. 29.
To Georgia
Dick and Barbara Roy as well as Barbara Strout, of Windham Center Road, recently spent a few days in Atlanta, Georgia. They visited with the Roy’s daughter, Tracey Hankin and her husband, Brian.
Meeting
The Rebekahs will hold a meeting March 15 at 7 p.m. in the Odd Fellows Hall. This will be their Anniversary and Charter Member night. Shirley Atkinson is in charge of the program and for refreshments everyone will bring something. The Charter Members are: Marjorie Hansen, Elsie Haskell, Josie Morrell, Shirley Atkinson, Melissa Pecoraro, Virginia Young and Elizabeth Harriman.
Cabin Fever Dance
Windham Project Graduation will sponsor a “Cabin Fever Dance” Friday, March 24 from 8 p.m. to midnight (must be 21 to attend). It will be held at Spring Meadows in Gray. Music will be by a DJ, refreshments will be available. There will also be raffles and spirits are available. For tickets or information contact Gail Smart 892-4650, Lisa Davis 892-4942 or Jolene Small 893-1304. The tickets are $10 per person and some will be available at the door.

Wallace and Charlotte Wyman returned home March 1 after spending six months in St. Cloud, Florida. The winter was cold. They even had a frost a few mornings.
Birthday
Tina Richardson celebrated her birthday March 1 enjoying dinner with family at Thatchers Restaurant. Those joining her were: her children, Wesley, Raymond and Randall Richardson, Tim, Pip and Pat Richardson, Arthur and Sandra Richardson, Pam and Todd Richardson and their daughter Nikole and her fiancee.
