Seawolves streaking
The women of Southern Maine Community College won the Yankee Small College Conference Championship by topping Central Maine, 51-48, Sunday. The South Portland school now advances to the national tournament in Oklahoma. In the Seawolves 75-68 semifinal victory over Hesser, Scarborough’s Kathryn Schoellkopf had 11 points. SMCC, now 20-5, has won seven in a row.
