Barbara Bagshaw, an artist from Windham, in honor of Valentine’s Day, has seven paintings on display at Little Sebago Gallery & Frame on Roosevelt Trail in Windham. “Celebration of hearts” will be on display during the month of February. Bagshaw is the president of the New England Christian Arts Council, international speaker on art and healing and currently a long-term substitute at Lake Region Middle School.
