The 2006 Kittery Trading Post Cross Country Ski Races will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, at the Point Sebago Golf Resort. Registration and pre-registered participants can begin checking in at the Point Sebago Golf Resort Club House beginning at 8 a.m.
This year’s competition will feature both Classic and Freestyle (Skating) on 5K and 10K courses. Kittery Trading Post is a committed sponsor to a quality event and has pledged a $500 prize purse to winners of the competition.
The race course will be groomed for the classic and freestyle skiing at the Point Sebago Resort Ski Touring Center, which is located on the Point Sebago Golf Resort. The heated clubhouse will be available to participants and spectators before, during and after the event, and will offer concessions for purchase.
