Rocky Hill School

The original Rocky Hill School was built on Methodist Road in 1875 and served the area for 41 years. As the local population increased, city officials realized that a larger school building was needed and this school was built on Bridge Street in 1916. This building served as an Elementary School and, in later years, as the Rocky Hill kindergarten before being sold by the city. The building is now occupied by apartments.
