Jim Morra of Allied Home Mortgage will be discussing how Allied’s new home, Willowdale Place, fits into the company’s and the Town of Scarborough’s plans. He will then share a bit about the mortgage business, and how the recent increases in the Fed rate are affecting mortgage rates, home sales and home equity loans. Sabine McElrath from Blue Current will discuss real estate market evaluation and the present real estate conditions.
