The Southern Maine Volkssport Association invites you to attend its regular meeting, to be held on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. sharp in the General Assembly Room of Walker Memorial Library located at 800 Main Street, Westbrook.
The meeting is open to all, and everyone is invited.
SMVA invites you to join us for an “intro-stroll” (2-mile maximum) walk, including lighting of the Copper Beech Tree on Friday, Dec. 2 starting at the Portland Public Market at 5:30 p.m.
There will be a New Years Day (10K) walk, Jan. 1, 2006, (rain or shine) starting at the Double Tree Hotel, 1230 Congress Street, Portland, ME. Start time is 12 p.m. in the lobby. Everyone is invited to both walks; children must be accompanied by an adult.
