Do you need a computer and/or computer help to access the new Medicare information? The Windham Public Library has six computers available for public use. You may stop by and sign in to use a machine or reserve a specific time by phone.
While library staff is not qualified to give advice regarding the new Medicare choices, they can assist you in accessing the Web site, printing, etc.
Also, you can read about the changes in Medicare at the Web site (www.medicare.gov). If you know you want to do an individual search, be sure to have the following information from your Medicare identification card with you when you sit down at the computer.
• Medicare Claim Number
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Effective date for Medicare Part A or B
If you would like to set up a specific time for computer help or need more information, please call Barbara at the library, 892-1908.
