Things are cooling off, so now’s the time to heat things up with your hottest soup, stew, or chowder recipe!

Submit your favorite soup, stew, or chowder recipe in our contest, and be entered into Naples’ new community Web site www.connectingnaples.com. First place will receive $250 cash. Second place receives a $100 Gift Certificate to the Naples restaurant of your choice. And Third place will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Tony’s Foodland.

To enter the contest, go to www.connectingnaples.com. You may submit your recipe on the Recipe Exchange page by using Add Recipe Exchange and specifying the soup category.

The contest runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15. Prize Drawing will be on December 16.
