Wayne Williams, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Sept. 1, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 3 years, all but 5 months suspended and given probation of 4 years, restitution $43,200. He was also found guilty on charges of misuse of identification and forgery and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year on each charge. A charge of aggravated forgery was dismissed.
Eve Woldt, 34, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 15, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days.
Jessica Woods, 23, of Biddeford had dismissed a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on July 5, 2004.
Arthur Walter York, 36, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention in South Portland on Oct. 16, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days.
Tracy Young, 40, of Portland had dismissed charges of negotiating a worthless instrument and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on June 5, 2004, and Sept. 23, 2004.
