Jarman praises Brown Street youth
Dot Jarman of Riverview Terrace said that neighborhood kids on Brown Street didn’t do any trick or treat damage on Halloween this year.
She no pumpkins or flowerpots were smashed. “They did a terrific job showing respect,” she said about the kids. “And they need some respect from people there.”
Jarman said last year kids did damage and residents were worried this year that cars would be targeted with eggs or pumpkins. “This year, it was wonderful,” she said.
She credited the kids for being respectful because they often get such a bad rap because they live on Brown Street. “They were great kids,” Jarman said about their Halloween conduct this year.
