Erik P. Hamilton, 20, of Scarborough had a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Oct. 5, 2004, dismissed.

Tyler J. Hanson, 20, of South Portland had dismissed charges of violating protective order and criminal mischief in South Portland on Sept. 2, 2004.

Mark Harriman, 45, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 30, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Steven M. Harriman, 25, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Mar. 28, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months.

Amanda J. Haynes, 20, was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 24, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 12 months, all but 2 days suspended, given probation of 2 years.

Richard C. Hodge, 42, of Naples was found guilty on a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Scarborough on Oct. 20, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 7 years, all but 4 years suspended and given probation of 3 years.

Kirk T. Jardis, 29, of Concord, N.H., had a charge of robbery in Portland on April 30, 2003, dismissed.

Jeffrey Josephs, 36, of Falmouth was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on Sept. 19, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Michael K. Kempton, 26, of Cape Elizabeth violated probation on a charge of aggravated assault in Portland on Nov. 1, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 100 days suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Deborah W. Klotz, 42, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Oct. 3, 2004, and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Peter Lauzier, 46, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of aggravated assault in Scarborough on Oct. 2, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 1 year, all suspended, given probation of 2 years, restitution $2000. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed.

Leon R. Lavoie, 25, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in South Portland on Oct. 31, 2004, and was fined $1000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Lori A. Leclair, 21, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on Nov. 8, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days. Charges of burglary and robbery were dismissed.

Steven C. Libby, 37, of Westbrook had dismissed a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 10, 2003.

Cheryl Ann MacDonald, 36, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 2 priors in Westbrook on Oct. 9, 2004, and was fined $1100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 275 days, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 4 years. She was also found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Westbrook on Oct. 9, 2004, and was fined $500. A charge of operating a vehicle without a license was dismissed.

Matthew S. Marcoullier, 20, of Cape Neddick was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on Nov. 5, 2004, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Kathleen May McInnis, 50, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on June 30, 2001 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Alton T. Miller, 38, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on Sept. 11, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Rhonda M. Mitchell, 38, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on Aug. 30, 2004, and was fined $300 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Peter D. Nicholas, 44, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in Scarborough on Nov. 5, 2004, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Allen Pugh, 37, of Scarborough had dismissed two charges of trafficking in prison contraband in Portland on Dec. 22, 2002.

Donald Raymond, 22, of Skowhegan violated probation on a charge of assault on an officer in South Portland on Nov. 2, 2001 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 months.

John R. Reed Jr., 22, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of aggravated criminal trespass in Westbrook on Sept. 29, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 4 months suspended and given probation of 2 years. He was also found guilty on charges of assault and violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 months on each charge. Charges of obstructing report of crime, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon and criminal mischief were dismissed. He was also found guilty on a charge of assault in Portland on Sept. 14, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 months. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed. He was also found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Westbrook on Oct. 27, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. A charge of obstructing report of crime was dismissed.

Kristyn J. Reid, 20, of Portland had dismissed a charge of engaging in prostitution in South Portland on Oct. 14, 2004. She was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Oct. 13, 2004, and was fined $250 on one charge and $150 on the second charge. A charge of theft of services was dismissed.

Casey Richardson, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 28, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. A charge of burglary was dismissed. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Portland on Dec. 9, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 4 years, all but 9 months suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Roberts, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 1 prior in South Portland on Oct. 2, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, all but 10 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 18 months. She was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and was fined $250.

John M. Robertson, 41, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Sept. 12, 2004, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Teresa L. Rogan, 28, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI in Cape Elizabeth on Oct. 6, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 1 year.

Margaret Rounsavall, 23, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Oct. 10, 2004, and was fined $550, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked was dismissed.

Angelica H. Roy, 20, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in South Portland on July 20, 2004, and was fined $500.

Peter H. Satkowski, 28, of South Hadley, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Aug. 7, 2004, and was fined $850 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Stephen Michael Shaw, 52, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of assault in Cape Elizabeth on Feb. 21, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.

Joao Silvestre, 21, of South Portland violated probation on charges of criminal trespass and assault in Scarborough on Jan. 27, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 8 days.

Martin J. Smith, 41, of York was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on July 29, 2004, and was fined $500.

Russell L. Souza, 49, of Cape Elizabeth violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Raymond on May 18, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months. He was also found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Portland on June 27, 2004, and had unconditional discharge.

Clarence Stevens, 42, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on Nov. 4, 2001 and was fined $1000, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 60 days suspended, and given probation of 2 years.

Leah Thurlow, 49, of Portland violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Mar. 13, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 1 year.

Anthony Troiano, 39, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Sept. 6, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

Michael P. Tuohy, 28, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on June 17, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days.

Marida Wilkins, 31, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on Aug. 23, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 days.

Wayne Williams, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Sept. 1, 2002, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 3 years, all but 5 months suspended and given probation of 4 years, restitution $43,200. He was also found guilty on charges of misuse of identification and forgery and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year on each charge. A charge of aggravated forgery was dismissed.

Eve Woldt, 34, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on May 15, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Jessica Woods, 23, of Biddeford had dismissed a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on July 5, 2004.

Arthur Walter York, 36, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention in South Portland on Oct. 16, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days.

Tracy Young, 40, of Portland had dismissed charges of negotiating a worthless instrument and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on June 5, 2004, and Sept. 23, 2004.
