Fitch Street From Wayside Drive

This photo shows Fitch Street looking across Wayside Drive from Brackett Street.

The building on the right once occupied by Tony’s Donut Shop was vacant when this photo was taken. The next buildings to the left were the office and warehouse of longtime Westbrook building contractor O.G.K. Robinson. The rear of the old Odd Fellows Hall which later became the home of American Legion Post #197 can be seen in the left of the photo. These buildings were all demolished during Urban Renewal.
