The Westbrook Democratic Committee recently honored four longtime members with lifetime achievement awards at its second annual fall social and awards night.

The committee honored, from left, former Mayor Don Esty, outgoing City Councilor Ann Peoples, former Mayor Ken Lefebvre and former City Councilor Malcom Noyes for their longtime service to both the committee and the city.
