The Lake Region Community Theatre to those interested in the theatre arts is offering a series of four Friday classes beginning on Friday, Oct. 14 and running until Friday, Nov. 4 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Knights Hill Clubhouse in West Bridgton.
Former New York resident Bill Felts will conduct the workshops. He has spent over thirty years acting and directing for off-Broadway, summer stock and community theatre. Classes will include a general introduction to the “Method” training as taught by the Actors Studio and developed by Lee Strassberg.
Participants will learn how to build a “tool box” that can be used in various character applications. The workshop is for anyone over the age of 18. The cost is $25, which covers all four classes.
