Edwards Block

For many years Lewis W. Edwards operated a store on the first floor of this building which was located on Main Street at Bridge Street. On the second floor facing Bridge Street was a meeting hall which was known as Small’s Hall and was used for different functions including religious services at different times by both Baptists and Episcopalians. Mr. Edwards had this building demolished and built the brick building which Warren Furniture Company occupies.
