Mark Emerton, 37, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of assault in South Portland on Dec. 27, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 251 days and probation partially revoked.
Gregory Erskine, 52, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of murder on May 13, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 37 years, restitution of $4,500. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months.
Michael A. Esposito, 24, of Portland violated probation on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and theft by receiving stolen property in South Portland on Feb. 24, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 24 months, probation partially revoked on each charge. He was also found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Jan. 18, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 30 months.
Arthur S. Fenderson, 34, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of failing to register or update information in Windham on Nov. 15, 2004, and was fined $200.
Amy S. Fisher, 36, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Cape Elizabeth on June 1, 2002, and was fined $10, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all suspended, given probation of 1 year and restitution of $37,500.
Christopher D. Flanagan, 19, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of terrorizing in Scarborough on Sept. 6, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 days. A second charge of terrorizing was dismissed.
Roland Foster, 33, of Naples violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in New Gloucester on Aug. 12, 1999, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 5 years, all but 18 months suspended, given probation of 4 years and restitution of $3,000.
Michael Mark Fournier, 21, of Gorham had dismissed a charge of operating under the influence in Naples on Aug. 22, 2004.
Todd J. Gammon, 32, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on July 2, 2004, and was fined $300 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Jason A. Gardiner, 27, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on May 7, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all suspended, given probation of 1 year and restitution of $50.
Stephen S. Gardner, 23, of Maynard, Mass., had dismissed a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Gorham on Aug. 8, 2004.
Jeffrey J. Glantz, 39, of Windham had dismissed a charge of operating after suspension in Portland on May 11, 2004.
Pamela Goo-Goo, 46, of Casco had the following charges dismissed: operating under the influence, aggravated operating under the influence and reckless conduct in Casco on July 18, 1998.
Gary Gowen, 30, of Portland had dismissed a charge of theft of services in Gorham on May 1, 2004.
Steven M. Harriman, 25, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Jan. 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Lester E. Hatch, 58, of Scarborough was found guilty on two charges of assault in Scarborough on Jan. 22, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge. A charge of obstructing report of a crime was dismissed.
Dina A. Hebert, 45, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Jun.23, 2004, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days, restitution $200. A charge of failing to notify owner of property damage accident was dismissed.
Timothy S. Hoffman, 34, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Falmouth on April 12, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued. He also violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on July 27, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
William Huntley, 59, of Westbrook was found guilty on two charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Westbrook on May 19, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 3 years, all but 30 days suspended and given probation of 2 years on each charge.
Sally Hutchinson Jr., 44, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on Aug. 1, 2004, and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Anthony Jensen, 25, of Naples was found guilty on charges of operating motor vehicle after revocation and failing to stop for an officer in Naples on May. 8, 2001 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 20 days on each charge.
Richard Raymond Johnson, 43, of Gorham violated probation on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Portland on Dec. 28, 1998 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months and probation partially revoked on the charges of trafficking and possession of scheduled drugs.
Frederick A. Jones, 23, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Aug. 14, 2004.
Damon E. Jordan, 25, of Sebago violated probation on a charge of tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim in Standish on Oct. 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Cory M. Kelley, 19, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on July 12, 2004, and was fined $700, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 60 days, all but 6 days suspended, given probation of 1 year and had license suspended for 90 days.
Christina Kilburn, 23, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on July 24, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
David Kimball, 62, of Standish had dismissed two charges of unlawful sexual contact and one charge of gross sexual assault in Standish on April 1, 2003.
Bunthoeum Kong, 22, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Portland on May 1, 2004, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 3 days and had license suspended for 30 days.
Tova Langley, 19, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Aug. 24, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all suspended and given probation of 2 years.
Sean A. Latham, 19. of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Jan. 3, 2005, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 9 months, 15 days and probation revoked. Charges of burglary and criminal trespass were dismissed.
Mateo Lavigne, 28, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Portland on Aug. 14, 2004, and was fined $750.
Donna M. Lescord, 43, of Westminster, Mass., had dismissed a charge of operating motor vehicle under the influence in Scarborough on Dec. 28, 1987.
Betsey L. Libby, 38, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Portland on Jun. 20, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 1 year. She was also found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months.
David Libby, 51, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of gross sexual assault in Gorham on Jan. 1, 1995 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 20 years, all but 8 years suspended and given probation of 6 years. He was also sentenced to a charge of unlawful sexual contact and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 5 years. One charge of gross sexual assault and three charges of unlawful sexual contact in Gorham on Jan. 1, 1996 were dismissed.
Vincent Lombardi, 33, of Portland violated probation on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Sept. 8, 1998 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. He also violated probation on two charges of theft by deception in Portland on Sept. 9, 1998 and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 5 years, all suspended, given probation of 1 year and restitution of $4,000 on one of the charges.
Scott Magaw, 34, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on Sept. 10, 2004, and was fined $350. He was also found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days and restitution of $150. A second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
Sean M. McCraith, 29, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on Jun. 24, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.
Joseph McGowan, 39, of Portland violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Jun. 8, 1996 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 90 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
David F. Mellen, 35, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of Burglary in Windham on Oct. 1, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 3 years, restitution $1,179.85. He was also found guilty on the following charges: two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two charges of forgery and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months on each charge.
Steven Morin, 28, of Portland violated probation on the following charges in Standish on March 6, 2002: habitual motor vehicle offender, eluding an officer, reckless conduct and passing a roadblock. He was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 8 months, had probation partially revoked and probation continued on each charge.
Anne Napolitano, 20, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Portland on Aug. 6, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
Joseph Robert Napolitano, 28, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on Nov. 14, 2004, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days. He was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating protective order and was fined $500. He was found guilty on charges of assault and obstructing report of a crime in Westbrook on Nov. 6, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all but 7 days suspended and given probation of 2 years on each charge. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
Jacob I. Newton, 21, of Somersworth, N.H., was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Sept. 4, 2004, and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days. A charge of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug was dismissed.
David Oakes, 38, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug in south Portland on July 16, 2004, and was fined $2500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. A charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.
Shylah K. Paine, 28, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Sept. 25, 2004, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.
Antonio F. Palestini III, 24, of Windham violated probation on a charge of aggravated assault in Portland on Sept. 5, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 12 months, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Charles Perini, 68, of Nashua, N.H., was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Windham on Aug. 9, 2004, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 60 days.
Michael Pingree, 38, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of failing to give correct name and address to officer and failing to register vehicle in Portland on April 18, 1998, and was fined $1000 on each charge. A charge of habitual motor vehicle offender was dismissed.

She was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension and was fined $200. She was found guilty on a charge of failing to give information to officer and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

A third charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 1, 1999 was dismissed.
Benjamin Walls, 26, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 19, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days. A charge of violating condition of release was dismissed.
Glena M. Waterhouse, 47, of Waterboro was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on March 22, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days and restitution of $214.61.
Aaron West, 24, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of assault in Westbrook on May 27, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and restitution of $3628. A charge of aggravated assault was dismissed. He was found guilty on charges of assault and violating condition of release in Westbrook on July 21, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months on each charge.
Gordon Whittmore, 57, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on March 18, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 15 days suspended and given probation of 1 year. A charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs was dismissed.
Darryl C. Winters, 50, of Parsonsfield had dismissed a charge of motor vehicle speeding; 30+ mph over speed limit in Gorham on Nov. 7, 2004.
