Port City Architecture and Nick and Larry Truman will be holding their third community meeting to discuss a proposal to convert the Lighthouse Inn into condominiums at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 1, at the Pine Point Fire Station.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive public input regarding the plan for converting the 22-unit motel to a 6-unit condominium.
During the last public meeting on June 27 Port City Architecture unveiled several design proposals and essentially whittled them down to one plan. This will be refined and presented at the Aug. 1 meeting.
The plan now being considered includes the relocation of the very end of Pine Point Road, which the developers have been discussing with town officials during the last few weeks. Further information on it will be available during the meeting.
