Windham Adult Education is holding a series of classes focused on self-defense for young women. The class runs Thursdays from July 14 to Aug. 11 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Windham High School. The cost of the program is $30. For more information, or to register, contact Adult Ed. at 892-1819.
